Donald Nevills (Republican Party) is running for election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 35. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 8, 2022. He advanced from the Republican primary on May 17, 2022.
Donald also ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania’s 12th Congressional District. He withdrew before the general election on November 8, 2022.
Donald is running against Incumbent Austin Davis in the general election for Pennsylvania House of Representatives District 35 on November 8, 2022.
Donald was in the Navy for 14 years. While in the Navy, he quickly rose
to the rank of Chief Petty Officer, becoming one of the youngest selected at the age of 25.
Donald received the Navy Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service.
Donald was Ranked #1 Chief aboard by 3 Captains on 2 different ships.
Due to his superb knowledge in maneuvering Large Navy ships, Don trained prospective Commanding and Executive Officers as a Master Training Specialist and the only Enlisted Instructor teaching a course for Officers.
Donald was the only enlisted personnel aboard to qualify and stand watch as Officer of the deck underway on 2 ships. This position is a direct representative to the Captain and is usually reserved for Officers.
Donald also volunteered and deployed for a 1-year tour in the Middle East
aboard the Flagship, patrolling the Iranian War Zone.
The country has many needs, and they are great! Don believes most of the pressing issues facing western PA families can be summarized in 3 categories…The Economy, Security, and ending of all Government Overreach.
Donald feels we can fix the gas prices immediately by making our country energy independent again. Open pipelines, incentivize petroleum production to 2019 levels. This is an easy fix and Don will write or support legislation to ensure the resources in SWPA (Gas, Oil and Coal) are used for our Nation’s energy. Remember, prices on everything that ships by truck or rail (like food) will drop with lower fuel costs and OUR Industry creates excellent jobs.
